Tips for autumn detox
Apples Autumn apples are perfect for detox. Put on apple peel, which consists of eating 1.5 kg of raw apples a day. Drink at least 3 liters of water and herbal tea throughout the detoxification process. It is good to observe this daily ritual for three to five days.
Cleansing vinegar Apple cider vinegar is an excellent antioxidant that you can take in any season. Do you find it strange to consume vinegar? Don't worry, apple cider vinegar or umeocet work basically in your body. At the same time they have great effects on the skin and digestive tract. In addition, Umeocet helps against fatigue. In both cases, it is good to choose the best products in organic quality. This peel should ideally last for three weeks, when you drink a glass of pure water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or umeoct every morning on an empty stomach.
Vegetable and fruit If none of the peel described above suits you, try sipping clean juices from fresh vegetables and fruits. Ideally use seasonal crops such as carrots, beets, spinach, zucchini, pumpkin, cabbage, onions, fennel, pears, apples, plums, bananas. It is great to combine fruits and vegetables together, set the limits of your creativity yourself. If you want to warm up a bit in the fall, prepare a light vegetable broth. However, cook the vegetables briefly so that you do not boil all the vitamins from them.
