Starting the new year with a New Year's resolution is an annual step for most of the population to get rid of old habits. Although each one is different, weight loss usually ends up on the top of the list. After the beautiful festive days when we were feasting and everything was in excess, the kilos went up very quickly.

1./ Enough magnesium



Stress, who doesn't know it. Lots of work, little time, rush, got a million things to do!!! From the very morning we have to face daily obstacles. Although there are thousands of diseases in the world, stress is the number one disease of civilization. One of the many stress induced diseases is overeating.
