Cooking guidelines
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a wok pan or large pan. Fry the meat and add peppers, peas, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli and corn and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
Beat soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, chicken broth and cornstarch together.
Pour the mixture over the vegetables and cook until the sauce thickens. Garnish with taste, chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
