Ingredients
- 80 ml of milk
- 80 g grated chocolate
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 160 ml rum
- brown sugar
- 160 ml eggnog
Cooking guidelines
Bring the rum, milk and eggnog to the boil in a saucepan and remove from the heat.
The drink must not be boiled. Sweeten to taste, pour into tall, thick-walled glasses and garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkling of grated chocolate.
