Bring the salted water to the boil and melt the butter in it. Gradually add the cornmeal and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then reduce the heat and stir it for half an hour more and let it come to a warm boil.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Also prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Spread the dough on the paper in a 2 cm layer and let it cool.
When the dough has cooled, garnish with the sliced tomatoes, ham pieces and slices of mozzarella. sprinkle with Italian herbs, lightly season with pepper and salt. Finally, drizzle the pizza with oil and bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Slice the pizza and serve as soon as it comes out of the oven.
