  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 slices Gelatin
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 pcs vanilla pod
  • garnish Mint
  • fruit for garnish

Creamy Italian dessert. In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the gelatin in milk, then we cook. We pour new saucepan with cream. Open the vanilla pod, scrape him from inside and mix with sugar. Add to saucepan with cream and while whisking, bring to a boil. Then we bring the cream to a boil, pull the temperature until the cream begins to thicken. Add the gelatin with milk and again whisk it. No boil at this moment. Pour into the prepared molds, and put it in the refrigerator at least for 3 hours. Then dump on a plate, garnish with berries and a sprig of mint.
