Brake an egg and divide the yolk from white. Whisk the yolk with sugar, whip the cream and then stir it gradually into whisked yolk.
Take a chilled sundae glass, place drained mandarins on the bottom poured over with an eggnog and then with yolk mixture. Then garnish the top with a small piece of mandarin and lightly pour over with the eggnog.
Thus we serve immediately using a teaspoon and straw.
