Ingredients

  • 1 pot whipping cream
  • 2 leaves bay leaves
  • 3 spoons chopped dill
  • 4 spoons semi whole-meal flour
  • 2 l water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 beads whole black pepper
  • 3 beads allspice
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 spoon vinegar

Cooking guidelines

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in salted water. Add finely cut dill, bay leaves, black pepper, allspice and salt. When are potatoes soft add flour to thicken the soup. Keep cooking then add whipping-cream and vinegar. When the soup is ready, brake in it eggs and cook for couple more minutes. Use as many eggs as we have eaters.
