#Ingredients needed for making brown butter mayo:#
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
Black pepper (Freshly ground) – 1/8 teaspoon.
Lemon zest – 1 teaspoon.
Fresh parsley (Chopped) – 1 tablespoon.
Fresh dill (Chopped) – 1 1/2 teaspoons.
Fresh chives (Chopped) – 1 teaspoon.
Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup.
White wine vinegar – 1 teaspoon.
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons.
Egg yolk – 1 no.
Unsalted butter – 1/4 cup.
#Ingredients for shrimp rolls:#
Potato rolls or hot dog buns – 6 to 8 numbers. (They need to buttered and toasted in a light manner)
Small shrimps – 1 1/2 pounds. (They have to be peeled and deveined)
Butter has to be melted by keeping the heat at medium-high levels. You need to keep on cooking and whisking must be done in an occasional way. Make sure that solids located at the skillet bottom become golden brown. It is necessary to prevent from getting burnt.
After taking out from the heat, you must place it on a measuring cup or bowl that is heat-proof. It should be allowed to cool.

For assembling, buns have to split and toasted in a light manner. Shrimp should be spooned down each roll’s center. Extra dill or chives can be used as toppings before serving.
