Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour – 1 cup.
  • Oats – 2cups.
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon.
  • Cooked quinoa – 1.5 cups.
  • Chopped nuts – 1/2 cup.
  • Eggs – 2 nos.
  • Baking soda – 1 teaspoon.
  • Honey – 1/2cup.
  • Peanut butter - 2/3 cups.
  • Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons.
  • Craisins – 1/3 cup.
  • Vanilla – 1 teaspoon.
  • Apple sauce – 2/3 cup. (You can use mashed instead of apple sauce).
  • Chocolate chips – 1/3 cup. (It is an optional ingredient).

Cooking guidelines

Quinoa should be added to the bowl.

Then, you have to add apple sauce and vanilla.

Honey, eggs and peanut butter should also be added to the bowl.

Combine all these ingredients well.

The next step is to add all the remaining ingredients.

Then, you have to stir properly until just mixed.

Take a large pan.

Grease the pan.

The mixture must be spooned into the pan.

The next step is to bake at 375 Degree for around 20 minutes.

You have to stop when the mixture turns golden brown.

Allow to cool.

It should be cut into bars.

Then, you have to store the bars in the refrigerator.
