Boil the dates with hot water and let them swell with a little mirin.
Fry the seeds in a dry pan and drip them with a drop of umeboshi at the end of the roasting. We can put coconut and nuts in the oven.
Mix nuts, seeds and coconut into a fine mass until the mixture is moist. Then pour the mixture into a bowl.
Then we add the date paste, which is created by mixing the dates with water and mix the mixture well with the nuts. Season the mixture with cinnamon, turmeric and lemon juice.
We form balls from the mixture with wet hands, which we finally wrap in roasted coconut, crushed nuts and seeds.
