Ingredients
- Oreo package – 1 no. (16 ounces)
- White chocolate chips – 12 ounces. (It should be melted).
- Cream cheese – 8 ounces. (It must be softened).
Cooking guidelines
Oreo cookies must be placed inside.
Then, the cookies need to be crushed with the help of a rolling pin. (Stop when you get fine cookie crumbs).
A baking paper must be lined with a parchment paper.
Take a medium bowl and combine cookie crumbs with cream cheese after reserving ¼ cup of crumbs.
Small balls should be formed with the mixture with the help of a small cookie scoop.
Balls must be placed on a baking sheet.
Freeze for 30 minutes until hardened slightly.
Now, the frozen balls have to be dipped in melted white chocolate.
Roll each ball until a coating around the ball is formed.
Then, the truffles must be placed on the baking sheet.
The remaining cookie crumbs must be sprinkled over the balls.
You have to place them into the freezer for 15 minutes. (They can be taken out when the chocolate turns hard.)
The dish is ready to serve.
