Wash the zucchini and make thin slices with a potato peeler or a spiral slicer. They can also be grated on a coarser grater.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, chopped basil and oil. Cut the cheese into cubes and mix two thirds in the bowl with the zucchini.
