Ingredients

  • 3 cups sprouted mung beans
  • 2 cups sprouted black lentils
  • ½ a handful of coriander
  • An fresh pineapple
  • 1 lemon
  • a pinch of quality salt

Cooking guidelines

In a bowl, mix the lentils and mung beans.

Peel a half of the pineapple and cut it into small pieces, about the size of a mung bean. Once you have finished, add the pineapple to the legumes and mix thoroughly.

Cut a handful of washed coriander into small pieces and add to the salad. Mix well and drizzle with lemon so that the lemon does not overcome all tastes. Finally, salt with a pinch of quality salt.
