3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
2-3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs
2 tablespoons water
2 cups cooked quinoa
Cooking guidelines
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and wipe the baking sheet. In a small bowl, whisk in the flour, salt and pepper. In the second bowl, beat the eggs and water. Put Quinoa in a third bowl.
Chopped chicken pieces in a flour mixture, then eggs and finally in quinoa to cover well. Place on the prepared plate.
Generate chicken nuggets generously with cooking oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the nuggets are golden. Serve with popular sauces such as bbq sauce, ketchup, sweet and sour sauce, etc.
