Ingredients

  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chicken wings – 12 nos. (The quantity should be equivalent to 2- 3/4 pounds).
  • Kosher salt – 1 teaspoon.
  • Tamarind Chipotle Barbecue sauce – 2 cups.
  • Green onions – for serving purposes.

Cooking guidelines

Then, you need to take a large, wide bowl.

The chicken should be tossed with salt, pepper and oil until evenly seasoned.

Now, it is the time to grill chicken covered.

You must turn every 10 minutes or so with tongs.

This process must go on for 25 to 30 minutes.

The next step to set wings top side down.

Then, you have to brush with about 1/2 cup barbecue sauce in a generous manner.

Grill by covering for about 3 minutes.
