  • Wholemeal pitta bread - 1 no.
  • Rocket salad mix, spinach and watercress - 2 handfuls.
  • Houmous - 3 tablespoons.

Cooking guidelines

The pitta bread must be halved into 2 pockets.

It should be toasted until opened.

The inside of two parts needs to be slathered using houmous.

It should be stuffed with salad.

Olive oil has to be drizzled with.
