Ingredients
- Egg – 1 no.
- Softened butter – 150 grams.
- Caster sugar – 1/2 cup.
- Brown sugar – 1/2 cup.
- Nestle bakers’ choice dark choc bits – 1/2 cup. (You have to keep one tablespoon extra).
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon.
- Nestle bakers’ choice milk choc bits – 1/2 cup. (You must one tablespoon extra).
- Plain flour – 1 3/4 cups.
Cooking guidelines
Oven needs to be preheated to 350 Degree Fahrenheit or 320 Degree Fahrenheit fan forced.
2 baking trays have to be lined with baking paper.
Butter and sugar must be beaten for 1 or 2 minutes. (You can use your hands or an electric mixer and it should become smooth and well combined).
Egg and vanilla have to be beaten until well combined.
The next step is to stir in flour.
Dark and milk choc bits should be stirred in.
2 level tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls.
You have to place the balls on prepared trays, 3 cm apart.
Then, you must press down slightly.
You can decorate with extra choc bits.
It should be bake for 15 to 18 minutes. (You have to make sure that they become well cooked and the color should turn light golden).
Now, you have to transfer to a wire rack to cool down.
You can store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
