Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened white yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ - 1 cup water

Cooking guidelines

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend them into a smooth drink.

White yoghurt can be replaced with kefir, which is very digestible for the body. In the summer version of the drink, pears can be replaced by peaches.
