Ingredients

  • 1/2 roll of cinnamon
  • 4 capsules of cardamom, broken
  • 4 cloves
  • 1/2 star star anise
  • 2 thick slices of fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of loose black tea
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons honey or to taste

Cooking guidelines

Bring 500 ml of water with spices and ginger to a boil in a medium flame saucepan. Then switch off the fire and let it stand for 15 minutes. Then bring it to the boil again and add tea and let it brew for about 3-5 minutes, depending on how you like strong tea. Finally, strain the whole drink and add honey to taste and you can serve.
