Ingredients

  • Milk – 3 cups. (You can choose your own preferred milk).
  • Chex gluten free oats – 3 cups.
  • Water – 3 cups.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  • Brown or demerara sugar – 1/4 cup.
  • You can also take assorted chopped fruit, chocolate chips, nuts or any other toppings that you prefer.

Cooking guidelines

Then, you have to add oats, water and sugar to the saucepan.

Milk and salt should also be added to the saucepan.

All these ingredients should be combined properly.

Bring to a boil.

The heat must be reduced to medium.

You have to cook for 2 to 3 minutes to achieve the expected consistency.

Set aside and allow it to cool slightly.

The next step is to spray two 12-cup muffin tins with cooking spray.

Now, you have to set out toppings in bowls.

Then, the cooked oatmeal must be divided between the muffin cups.

You can top each one with toppings like chopped fruit chocolate chips or nuts based on your requirements.

It should be covered with plastic wrap.

Place in the freezer until turning frozen.

When it is frozen, it should be popped out of the muffin cups.

You can loosen using a small spatula or butter knife.

Then, it should be wrapped in plastic wraps or sandwich bags.

The cup can be removed from the freezer the night before it is served.

Microwave for 1 or 2 minutes.

A small amount of milk should be stirred in.

The dish is ready to serve.
