1 packet frozen acai berry puree, broken into pieces
1/2 cup fresh berries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
sprig of mint
Combine all smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth with no chunks remaining.
Pour into a bowl and add the toppings.
Acai berry puree can be found in the freezer area, typically with the frozen fruit and frozen juices. If you cannot find frozen acai berry puree, try to look for dried acai powder. To use powder instead of puree, use 1 teaspoon of the powder plus an additional ½ cup of frozen berries.
