Firstly, a batch of Jim Laheys pizza dough must be made and its full rising should be given. (You can use another dough if you want but the temperatures and timings should be based on the Jims dough)
The oven has to be preheated to 500 Degrees Fahrenheit.
The dough has to be divided in half.
Then, they should be flattened it out into a circle with a diameter of 10 or 11 inches. It needs to be done on a parchment piece or a floured surface.
