Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • White Yoghurt
  • Soaked chia seeds
  • Buckwheat flakes
  • Copper
  • Soaked flaxseed
  • Goji
  • Mint leaves

Cooking guidelines

We will take one medium-sized glass and gradually start storing the ingredients in it. It depends on you how you will layer the individual raw materials. We first lay a layer of white yogurt, soaked chia seeds and on them a layer of buckwheat flakes and a little honey, finally add the fruit. Next, we layer exactly the same, only instead of soaked chia seeds, we put flaxseed in the second layer. Once we have filled the glass, we will only finally add a handful of goji and mint leaves. Then we just close properly and we can take the glass to work, for example, for a snack.
