Ingredients

  • 160 ml of red wine vinegar
  • 100 g semolina sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
  • 16 medium-sized red radishes cut into thin slices

Cooking guidelines

Prepare a bowl and mix vinegar, sugar and salt. Then add the cleaned radishes and mix everything thoroughly. Cover the bowl and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. You are done and you can serve.
