Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2 nos.
  • Vanilla extract -1 teaspoon.
  • Milk – 1/ 1/2 cups or 375 ml. (low fat milk is the healthiest option).
  • Plain flour – 1 cup/150 grams.
  • Unsalted butter – 3 tablespoons/40 grams.
  • White sugar – 2 tablespoons.
  • Salt – a pinch.

  • Unsalted butter – 2 teaspoons.
  • Nutella (homemade or store brought)
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Confectionary sugar/icing sugar (for dusting purposes).

Cooking guidelines

The next step is to pulse 10 minutes. (You should make sure that the mixture becomes lump free and smooth).

Now, the batter must be placed in the fridge for 60 minutes.

Then, you have to take a non stick skillet.

It should be placed over medium high heat.

1/4 teaspoon butter has to be added.

You have to allow the butter to melt.

1/4 cup of batter should be added as well.

You must swirl in a quick manner to spread.

The first side of the batter needs to be cooked for 1 minute. (You must stop when you find light golden brown patches).

Then, you need to cook the other side for 30 seconds.

Now, it can be slid out of the skillet onto a tray.

This process should be repeated with the remaining crepes by overlapping them onto the board.

The next step is to spread Nutella onto crepe according to your own preference.

Half of the crepe should be covered with strawberry slices.

You need to fold into half.

Then, fold into quarters.

It should be transferred to a plate.

Icing sugar can be sprinkled.
