Ingredients

  • White angel food cake mix – 1 box (1lb).
  • Cold water – 1 1/4 cups.
  • Powdered sugar – Adequate enough to sprinkle over a towel.
  • Softened lime sherbet – 5 cups.

Cooking guidelines

The next step is to line 11 x 17 x 1-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

Now, you have to take cake mix. Take cold water. Mix both cake mix and water with electric mixer for 30 seconds. (The mixer should be on low speed). Switch on to medium speed and beat for 1 minute.

Then, you have to spread the batter in prepared pan.

The next step is to bake jelly roll pan for 20 to 25 minutes. (You need to make sure that the top springs back lightly when touched in the middle.

Now, you should cool the jelly roll pan 10 minutes.

Then, it is the time to loosen the cake from the edges of the pan. Take a towel. Sprinkle the powdered sugar. Turn the cake upside down onto the towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. The parchment paper should be removed carefully. If required, you have to trim off stiff edges of the cake.

Then, you must roll hot cake and towel from the narrow end with utmost vigilance.
