Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 300 g plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 handfuls of shredded coconut

Cooking guidelines

Cut the room temperature butter into pieces, place in a bowl and beat with the sugar.

Beat the egg yolks into the mixture and mix. Then gradually add the flour, cocoa and coconut.

Make a smooth dough. Scoop out pieces of dough with a spoon and roll each into a ball. Place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press it with a fork. Continue in this way until the dough supply is exhausted.

Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake the biscuits for 20 minutes.
