Ingredients

  • Grapefruit juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Medium shrimp – 1 pound (It should be cooked)
  • Grated grapefruit zest – 1 tablespoon
  • Kosher salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Grated ginger – 1 tablespoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 3 tablespoons
