For churros, put milk, butter, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Melt the chocolate with the cream over a small flame until the sauce is smooth. Set aside and keep warm.
Burn a 5 cm high layer of oil (optimally to 180 ° C) and extrude approximately 7 cm long pieces of dough directly into the oil. Fry until golden for a total of 3 minutes, turning once during frying. Drain on paper towels. Serve with hot chocolate sauce for dipping.

Churros will be even better if you wrap them in semolina sugar or sugar mixed with cinnamon immediately after frying.
