- Nestle Aero Bubbles Peppermint – 2 packets (35 grams each).
- Cadbury Vanilla Ice-cream Sandwich - 3 packets (440 milliliter each)
- Double cream – 600 milliliter
- Nestle peppermint crisp bars – 2 nos. (They should be cut into long shads).
- Birch & Waite fresh chocolate dipping sauce – 110 milliliter.
Cooking guidelines
Beat the cream using an electric beater. You can stop the beating when firm peaks are formed.
Then you have to un-wrap the ice-cream sandwiches. You just need to un-wrap only one packet of ice-cream sandwich.
The sandwiches should be placed side by side on a serving platter.
Most importantly, you must check that the long sides are being kept together.
Now, you can spread a third of the cream over the biscuit layer.
Then, it should be topped with another layer of ice-cream sandwiches.
Now, you have to press down in a gentle manner.
The same process should be repeated with the cream as well.
The remaining ice-cream sandwiches and cream should be used for layering.
Then, you have to place it in a freezer.
Keep it there for 15 to 20 minutes to firm.
Now, the stack should be drizzled with chocolate sauce.
You have to cut the aero bubbles in half. It should be sprinkled over the stack.
Peppermint crisp shad should be used as topping.
You can also top it with the remaining aero bubbles.
