Broccoli – 2 pounds. (You must trim it and cut into florets).

Grated parmesan – 3/4 cup.
Low sodium or homemade chicken stock – 4 cups.
Fat garlic cloves – 2 nos. (They should be peeled and smashed).
Lemon – 1 no.
Crusty bread – For serving purposes.
Broccoli must be added.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Then, the broccoli must be drained well.
Garlic and olive oil must be added to the pot.
