Ingredients

  • 1 kg of white yoghurt or kefir
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper (can also be white) for flavoring
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil and a handful of chopped walnuts to serve (may not be)
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chopped dill

Cooking guidelines

Cut the cucumber into fine slices, cubes or roughly grate it. Combine with kefir or yogurt, crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cool soup before serving and you can drizzle the soup with oil and sprinkle with nuts and dill. Serve with bread.
