Ingredients

  • 1 package of a mix of different leaf salads
  • 1 small shallot or red onion
  • various edible flowers (dandelion, pansy, licorice, phlox, lavender, violet, lilac)
  • 1/4 cup dressing of your choice

Cooking guidelines

Peel and cut the onion into very thin circles.

Place the dressing on the bottom of a very large salad bowl and sprinkle with lettuce leaves and mix thoroughly with the salad and onion. Finally, sprinkle the salad with edible flowers.
