Ingredients

  • 200 g cranberries
  • 1 head of red cabbage
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • sugar
  • pepper
  • vinegar
  • salt

Cooking guidelines

Boil fresh cranberries in water until they crack. Soak the dried ones in advance and then cook gently. Sift them through a sieve.

Finely chop the cabbage, let it cook and add cranberries and juice to it and cook everything softly.

Outside the fire, stir in the beaten eggs and cream and then taste the soup - it should have a slightly sweet and sour taste. Finally, mix everything into a fine cream. Serve with boiled egg.
