Prepare the salad by mixing chickpeas, cucumber, pepper, red onion, olives and feta together in a large bowl. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley and red pepper together in a glass with a lid. Close the container and shake until emulsified, finally season with salt and pepper.
Just before serving, pour the salad over the dressing.
