Ingredients

  • 3 ripe medium - sized bananas
  • 2 cups oatmeal (we use gluten-free) - about 300g
  • 1 cup walnuts and pecans shopping_cart (approx. 150g)
  • ¼ cup of unroasted cocoa (approx. 40g)
  • Ku cup of maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 50g 80% chocolate
  • For serving:
  • Greek yogurt
  • Fruit
  • Jam

Cooking guidelines

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Pour 2 cups of oatmeal and coarsely chopped nuts into a larger bowl.

Peel a banana and mix it together with maple syrup, cocoa, cinnamon and salt. Then add to the flakes and mix thoroughly.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet. The raw materials are rather on two sheets.

Bake the grill first for 20 minutes. Then take the sheet out of the oven and peel the granola off the baking paper + break it into small pieces.

Then bake the granola for another 15-20 minutes. In the process, we mix and check its color.

Let the finished granola cool and then mix roughly chopped chocolate with it.

You can store the granola in a closed glass.
