Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

Cooking guidelines

Mix together thoroughly the artichoke hearts, dill, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a bowl. Season with pepper.

Carefully toss in the spinach leaves, tuna and red bell pepper. Adjust the seasoning as you wish and serve arranged nicely on a large plate.
