Salt – 1/2 teaspoon. (You can keep some more to taste)
Black pepper (Freshly ground) – To taste.
Red wine vinegar – 1/3 cup.
Fresh oregano (Chopped) – 1/4 cup.
Fresh cilantro (chopped) – 1 1/4 cups.
Garlic cloves – 2 nos.

Extra virgin olive oil – As needed.
Red onion –1 no. (It must be cut into large cubes)
Black pepper (Freshly ground) – To taste.
Salt – To Taste.
Cherry tomatoes – 1 pint.
Beef tenderloin – 1 1/2 pounds. (It should be cut into cubes)
Cooking guidelines
Garlic cloves must be smashed on a cutting board with the help of a knife back.
Salt needs to be added and keep on smashing the garlic to form a paste.
The garlic must be transferred into a bowl. Red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, oregano, parsley and cilantro should be stirred in.
The olive oil has to be whisked in.

For skewers
After taking the skewers, 5 pieces of beef, 3 pieces of onion and 3 tomatoes should be arranged on each skewer.
Olive oil has to be used for brushing the skewers on both sides.
