Put spaghetti in boiling, sufficiently salted water and cook al dente.
Clean the shrimp. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, cut the tomatoes into small cubes. You can pre-steam the tomatoes and remove the skin.
In a pan, heat a piece of butter with a few drops of olive oil, add garlic, shrimp and stir. Be careful not to burn the garlic, it will be bitter. As soon as the shrimp starts to turn pink, mix in the tomatoes, salt and just heat. Do not roast shrimp for too long, otherwise they will be hard and gummy. Finally, add the parsley, set aside and stir in the cooked spaghetti. Mix and serve sprinkled with cheese.
