Ingredients

• Lemon juice – 1 cup. (You can take juice from 4 to 6 lemons according to the size of lemons and the efficiency of the juicer)
• Fresh raspberries, blackberries or sliced strawberries – 1 cup.

• Granulated sugar – 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon (Divided)
• Cold water - 3 cups.

Cooking guidelines

I/4 cup of granulated sugar should be combined with water in a carafe (1-liter)

The carafe should be shaken multiple times and it should be kept in the fridge to dissolve and chill.

By this time, other ingredients can be prepared. Your preferred berry must be combined remaining sugar. You can leave the strawberries to sit with the sugar for a period of 10 minutes because it will help you achieve the color and juices flowing

If you are using raspberries or blackberries, they can be used immediately.

The sugar and berried need to be blended until fully pureed, and you have to blend for an extra minute.

It should be pressed through a fine-mesh strainer if you want to have a lemonade without any seeds. You need to have a generous 1/4 cup of each puree.

The carafe should be taken out from the fridge and you need to shake a few more times to dissolve the sugar completely.

Berry puree and lemon juice must be added.

If you want to achieve very good pink hues, blackberry puree (1 tablespoon), raspberry puree (2 tablespoons) or strawberry puree (4 tablespoons). Those people, who want to achieve a dark purple or red color and get a powerful black or raspberry flavor, should use all purees. A perfect yogurt popsicle or yogurt can be made with additional puree or it can be utilized for extra batches of lemonade.

The carafe should be shaken well once again before drinking.
