Before pouring on the pesto, cook the pasta in salt water according to the manufacturer's instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, chop the tomatoes together with the oil in which they are loaded in a kitchen blender. Add garlic, basil and crushed red pepper and mix thoroughly until the mixture resembles a paste. Salt and pepper.
When the pasta is ready, take one cup of the water in which it was cooked and pour the pasta.
Pour a little olive oil into the pot, add the strained pasta and add the spinach, dried tomato pesto and pasta water. Stir until the spinach fades. Serve with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
