Ingredients

  • Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls – 2 cans. (8 oz each)
  • Melted butter – 1/4 cup.
  • Marshmallow peeps – 16 nos.
  • Vanilla – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Food coloring – optional
  • Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup.
  • Milk – 2 to 3 teaspoons.

Cooking guidelines

First of all, you have to heat the oven to 375 Degrees F.

The next step is to take 16 medium muffin cups.

Spray them with no-stick cooking spray.

You can use silicone liners instead of no-stick cooking spray.

Now, you have to separate dough into 16 triangles.

The marshmallow peep should be placed on the shortest side of the triangle.

It is the time to start rolling up.

You have to start at the shortest side and roll to the opposite point.

Then, the marshmallow should be covered completely with dough.

Now, you can firmly pinch edges to seal.

One end should be dipped in the remaining butter.

Then, you have to place butter side down in the muffin cup.

It should be baked for 12 to 15 minutes. You need to make sure that the marshmallow peeps turn golden brown.

Another important aspect is that you have to place foil or cookie sheet on the rack below muffin. It is being done to guard against spills.

Keep it in the pan for one minute to cool down.

Now, the rolls should be removed from the muffin cups.

Place on the cooking racks set over waxed paper.

Then, you have to take a small bowl.

Put powdered sugar in the bowl.

Add vanilla and milk as well.They should be blended well to achieve the expected drizzling consistency.If you want, you can add food coloring.Finally, you should pour glaze over the warm rolls slowly and evenly.The dish is ready to serve and it is always advisable to serve warm.
