Who wouldn\'t love sun-dried tomatoes marinated in oil. It goes well with salads, pasta and just bread. Prepare them from seasonal tomatoes and stock up on this delicacy....
Place the baking paper on a baking sheet and spread the sliced tomatoes across it. Salt each tomato and season with dried basil.
Drying procedure: Dry in an oven heated to 180 ˚C for 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 140 ˚C and dry for another 30 minutes. Finally, reduce the temperature to 100 ˚C and dry for the last 30 minutes.
Take the dried tomatoes out of the oven and let them cool down. Put the tomatoes together with the sliced garlic in the pre-prepared jars. Finally, pour olive oil over it to soak the tomatoes and you're done.
