Hawaiian marinated steak tastes unique. If we prepare marinated meat in advance, then a great meal is ready in a moment. Pour half a bottle of the purchased marinade into a large baking dish. Add grated ginger, pineapple juice and chopped rosemary. Then put the meat in the marinade. It should be completely submerged. Cover the baking tray with foil and leave it stored in the fridge at a lower temperature for 24 hours. Half an hour before grilling, take the meat out of the marinade and dry it with a paper towel.
Heat the grill to a high temperature. Season the meat to taste with pepper and salt and set aside. Pour the marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until the marinade thickens. Now grill the meat on each side for 6 to 8 minutes and spread the thick marinade while grilling. After removing the finished meat from the grill, let it rest for 10 minutes and then cut it into thin slices and serve it with side dishes.
