Salt and pepper the chicken. Fry it in a hot pan for about 3 minutes on each side. If it is baked, remove the pan from the plate and let the meat cool down a bit on a cutting board. Then cut it lengthwise into thin slices. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise thoroughly with sun-dried tomatoes. Cut a loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Place both halves on a greased pan, cut down and fry for about 3 minutes until the bottom surface turns golden.
Then remove the bread from the pan. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on the lower half of the loaf, place the chicken slices, basil leaves and chopped mozzarella on top. Put on the grill and grill vigorously for about 2 minutes until the cheese spreads. Then we stack thinly sliced tomatoes and pieces of loaded red pepper on it. Cover the top of the loaf and cut the bread into 4 portions.
