Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • 400 g minced pork
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 250 g tomato puree
  • pinch of chili spice
  • olive oil

Cooking guidelines

Wash the zucchini thoroughly, cut it lengthwise and carefully carve out the flesh. Heat the oil in a higher skillet, add finely chopped onion and rubbed garlic. Fry briefly, and when the onions are vitrified, add the minced meat to the pan. Stir constantly so that the meat is fried and divided.

Now add chopped zucchini pulp to the meat, mix with the meat, and season the mixture with pepper, chilli and salt to taste. Finally, mix the tomato puree into the meat mixture. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Place the hollowed out zucchini on the greased baking tray and fill them with the meat mixture. Cover the baking pan with a lid and bake the zucchini in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Then remove the lid, sprinkle the zucchini with cheddar and bake for about 12 minutes until the cheese turns golden.
