Ingredients

• Crushed ice.
• Mint – Small handful.
• Lime – 1 no.(It should be cut into slices)
• Soda water – 1 liter.

• Golden caster sugar – 100 grams.
• Lemon juice – 250 ml. (You can take it from a bottle or squeeze your own)
• Watermelons – 1 (large) or 2 (small)

Cooking guidelines

First thing you need to do is to cut the watermelon’s top. It should be hollowed using a large spoon and you must fish out any pips that come along.

The flesh has to be mashed through a sieve into a bowl.

The flesh must be put in a blender. (You can use a hand blender or tall jug)

Sugar and lemon juice have to be added to the blender.

These ingredients must be whisked to puree.

Then, soda has to be stirred in.

After taking the hollowed-out watermelon, some ice should be heaped into it.

The watermelon needs to be filled using lemonade mixture.

The rest has to be served in a jug with mint and lime slices.

You can also keep a bowl of crushed ice on the side.
