  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 cups brown rice or jasmine rice, cooked
  • 2 cups green salad
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced
  • Dried seaweed
  • Crabmeat
  • Furikate
  • Togarashi
  • 1 sliced ​​cucumber on strips

Cooking guidelines

Wash the rice under water and cook it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Let the cooked rice cool in a bowl.
