45 dkg of lean fresh tuna cut into cubes about 1 cm
¼ cup of soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon teaspoon sesame oil
Ž teaspoons crushed red pepper
⅓ cup sliced spring onions
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 cups brown rice or jasmine rice, cooked
2 cups green salad
1 avocado
1 carrot thinly sliced
Dried seaweed
Crabmeat
Furikate
Togarashi
1 sliced cucumber on strips
Cooking guidelines
Wash the rice under water and cook it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Let the cooked rice cool in a bowl.
Put the sliced tuna in about 1 cm cubes in a bowl and marinate it in soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and sesame seeds and let marinate for a while.
Serve the tuna immediately or cover in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving. Stir in the sauce before serving.
Add rice to the bottom of the serving bowls with soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stack the tuna and salad along the bowl and pour the dressing over it. Finally, add the other ingredients.
