Ingredients

  • Scallion – 2 no. (The quantity must be equivalent to 1/2 cup and they should be chopped).
  • Cream cheese - 1 package (8 ounce).
  • Fresh parsley – 1/4 cup. (It should be chopped).
  • Prepared horseradish – 2 tablespoons. (It should be drained).
  • Flour tortilla – 2 nos. (10-inch size)
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Roast beef – 8 oz. (It must be sliced)
  • Garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon.

Cooking guidelines

The next step is to place two tortillas on the work surface.

They must be spread half of the cheese over each one.

They must also be topped with half of the roast beef slices.

You have to make sure that there is a 1/2 inch border around edges.

They should be rolled up.

You have to wrap in plastic wrap tightly.

It needs to be refrigerated for 30 minutes. (It must become firm and you can refrigerate it up to 1 day ahead).

It should be cut diagonally and the size of each piece can be 1/2 inch.
